- Healthy Living Workshop starts on Tuesday Feb. 2; 9:30am-12pm. Learn the skills needed for the day-to-day management of any type of ongoing health condition in order to maintain and/or increase a vibrant healthy lifestyle. Classes meet once a week on Tuesdays, February 2 - March 15, 9:30am-12pm.
- Diabetes Self Management Workshop starts on Tuesday Feb. 2; 1-3:30pm. Learn the skills needed for the day-to-day management of diabetes in order to maintain and/or increase an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Classes meet once a week on Tuesdays, February 2 - March 15, 1pm - 3:30pm.
- Cancer: Thriving and Surviving starts on Monday, March 28; 1-3:30pm. Designed for individuals diagnosed with cancer to help them develop the tools to live a healthy and full life. Classes meet once a week on Mondays, March 28 - May 9, 1pm - 3:30pm
- Fit & Strong starts on Monday March 28; 9:30am-12pm. Fit and Strong blends stretching, low impact aerobics, strength training, walking and balance exercises with education and group problem solving. This program is designed for elders who are ready to start exercising and have been cleared by their physician to participate in exercise. Classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, March 28 - May 20, 9:30am - 11am.
