Don't miss this chance to visit the commercial truck scales on Interstate 80 near Truckee. If you've ever wondered about this facility where all the big trucks get weighed and inspected, then take advantage of this rare opportunity to see the operation close-up and behind-the-scenes. Our tour is organized and led by Robin Jackson, retired trucker and OLLI tour committee member. This is certainly a location that you can't visit on your own. Following our tour, we will have lunch at Jax at the Tracks diner, and then take a guided walking tour of Truckee with the local historical society.
